Our Hydrographic data system is portable and deployable on small rowboats as well as larger more stable craft for work on larger water bodies. We make speed of sound corrections for varying water temperatures and depths, where appropriate, and consider post processing a key element of analysis before generating final mapping products.
All digitized soundings are compared to traditional analog depth charts (now captured in digital form) for consistency and accuracy. We have an ODOM CVM Dual Frequency Fathometer and post process the hydrographic data with Hypack Software.
